Are you new to the NDIS?

We can expertly assist you with reviewing your new NDIS plan, exploring the supports and services you require and assist you to best use your plan by linking you up with the appropriate supports and services you require.

We will also assist you to manage your services and supports to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and that you are satisfied and feeling supported with everything throughout your plan.

We will go through your plan with you to help you understand what your plan is, what is in your plan and how to use your plan.

We will also assist you with tracking the funding of your plan, to ensure you know exactly what funds have been used, how much funding you have left, what services are engaged and how much funding has been allocated to them. We can also assist you with any plan reviews you may require and will also manage the end of plan review process - including attending the plan review meeting!

We are passionate about ensuring that a person's needs are at the very heart of their NDIS plan, and that everyone has a fair opportunity to access all the supports that they need to thrive.

Have you had your NDIS Plan for a while?

We can assist you to review your NDIS plan, funding, supports and services in place to ensure that they are exactly what you would like and require. We can explore other alternatives for you if you would like to utilise your plan more appropriately to meet your ongoing needs.

We can help with organising a review of your plan with NDIS if required and will assist with all ongoing plan reviews to help you fine tune your plan to meet your exact needs, and to ensure that your plan continues to meet your needs if things change.

Are you wanting to change NDIS Support Coordinators?

If you are not happy with your current Support Coordination service for any reason, you have the right to make the choice and be in control to change providers if you wish to do so. You can do this at anytime during your NDIS plans (you do not need to wait until your plan renews).

We have extensive experience assisting participants in reviewing existing plans to ensure that you have the most appropriate services and supports in place for your needs, and that your NDIS funds have been used appropriately and efficiently. We can help manage these supports and services and make changes to the support and services if you would like changes to be made.

What if you do not have an NDIS Plan with Support Coordination funding?

We would still love to assist you if you need help with applying for an NDIS Plan. We can also help you in having your NDIS plan be reviewed to have Support Coordination to be included if you need more help managing your Plan.

We can also assist with support coordination needs through a fee-for-service arrangement, where we invoice you directly.
