Warren will expertly assist you with reviewing your new NDIS plan, exploring the supports and services you require and assisting you to implement the plan by linking you up with the appropriate supports and services you require.

 

Warren will also assist you to manage your services and supports to ensure that everything is going smoothly and that you are satisfied and feeling supported with everything. 

 

Warren will go through your plan with you to help you understand what your plan is, what is in your plan and how to use your plan.

 

He will also assist you with tracking the funding of your plan, to ensure you know exactly what funds have been utilised, how much funding has not been used so far, what services are engaged and how much funding has been allocated to them. He can also assist you with any plan reviews you may require and will also manage the end of plan review process - including attending the plan review meeting!

Have you had your NDIS Plan for a while?

Warren can assist you to review your NDIS plan, funding, supports and services in place to ensure that they are exactly what you would like and require, and can explore other alternatives for you if you would like to utilise your plan more appropriately to meet your ongoing needs.

He can help with organising a review of your plan with NDIS if required and will assist with all ongoing plan reviews to help you fine tune your plan to meet your exact requirements you need now and to ensure that your plan meets your requirements if things change.

Are you wanting to change NDIS Support Coordinators?

If you are not happy with your current Support Coordination service for any reason, you have the right to make the choice and control to change providers if you wish to do so. You can do this at anytime during your NDIS plans (you do not need to wait until your plan renews).

 

He has has extensive experience assisting participants to review existing plans, that were managed by previous Support Coordinators (or you may not have had a Support Coordinator before) to ensure that you have the most appropriate services and supports in place for your needs and that your NDIS funds have been used appropriately and efficiently. Warren can help manage these supports and services and make changes to the support and services if a participant would like this to occur.

What if you do not have an NDIS Plan with Support Coordination funding?

Warren would still love to assist you if you require assistance with applying for an NDIS Plan, or to assist you in having your NDIS plan to be reviewed to have Support Coordination to be included, or... if you do not have an NDIS plan do not require one.

He may still be able to assist you with your coordination needs through a fee for service arrangement (invoicing participants directly).
